Store Policy 

VILLE & VOGUE offers the following Policy:

       VILLE & VOGUE will gladly authorize a return or an exchange of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please track your order to file a return or an exchange request and obtain a shipping label to use to mail your items back to us. This label is a prepaid shipping label for the Canadian Postal Service. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $10.95 per pair fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns or exchanges will be done through the original method of payment. Your exchange or return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 6 weeks of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. All refused shipments will be subject to a $10.00 fee.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

       VILLE & VOGUE guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing us at info@villeandvogue.com or calling us at 514-501-8860.

       For International Orders, please email or call us to receive an exchange authorization number. Ship the shoes back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per pair restocking fee. Exchanges will be done through the original method of payment. However, please note that all refused shipments will be charged $59.90 to cover shipping costs both ways. This will not be refunded to your credit card.
